Product Description
PTFE (Teflon®) coated fiberglass fabric with pressure sensitive silicone adhesive tapes provide superior release properties and non-stick surfaces to allow machinery and equipment to run smoothly and efficiently. This tape is used in packaging (heat sealing, shrink wrapping) as a heat resistant release surface placed over heating elements and pressure bars. This tape maintains durability at high speeds and high temperatures while maintaining a long service life. Frequently used in heat sealers, blister formation and form-fill-seal equipment as well as lining of guide rails, chutes and slides.

    3Item not consistent
    By j.l.
My rating is neutral actually, half my shipment worked as expected, the other half crinkled and did not perform as needed( unuseable) on a heat sealer. Not all teflon tape is created equal. Pricing is 5 stars- too bad only some of it performed as expected.

    4used for RF buffer
    By Kyle
Used this tape as a buffer (insulator) on an RF welder... works great. 5 mils installed thickness. Good adhesive for sticking to aluminum, hasn't come unstuck yet. Tape is very rigid (fiber reinforced) so it does not do curves very well.

5I used this to keep softball flowing down a chute ...
    By Mitch
I used this to keep softball flowing down a chute on a soft-toss machine by Jugz. Balls were just occasionally getting stuck. This tape worked perfectly. I also used it to make a sticky security door close more quietly. Also very effective. It is hard to separate the backing from the tape but an Exacto knife or razor blade really helps.
