Can't Believe These Beauties are Still Available!
By Patti Askins
I got these originally in the 80s as a free gift from Cuisinart when I bought add-on food processor blades, and they've been my go-to cutting boards every since. My decades-old set still "cuts" but is SO discolored and peeling I've been wanting to replace them for ages. So when I stumbled onto this set in AMZ, I grabbed my chance.
They arrived quickly and in good order, and are JUST like I remember them being when they were new "the first time." Being pristine white, you can see clearly what you're working with, they don't dull my good knife blades, the slightly curved edges contains anything juicy, and they're perfect sizes for serving cold foods on in a pinch. I gave my old set to my husband for his hunt camp and am looking forward to another 20+ years of happy cutting with these babies. PLUS, I now have an easy and time-proven housewarming gift only 2-day-shipping away whenever I need it!

Prep problems resolved!
By Ginger L R
Prep boards work for me! I've been looking for these for a long time. My counter is 1920's style octagonal tiles and impossible to prep on. I've been using cumbersome glass, flat flexible plastic boards and large paper plates for prep/cutting and it's such a mess. The Cuisinart Prep trays are easy to handle, easy to chop or cut on and easily cleaned. A gently curved edge around the perimeter of the tray contains liquids from cutting juicy items. They are easily stored flat or on end. The only thing that keeps them from perfect is perhaps a rubberized underside to stablize when used on a slick surface; other than that, a wash cloth or towel under the tray has worked for me. My prep problems have been resolved!

Best Cutting Boards on the Market
By Katy Luther
I have given these for gifts and also have had two sets of them over the years. One set I have used for crafts, and it has gotten a little stained due to all the glue. But the set that I have devoted to cooking is still in very nice shape. Because these disappeared from the market for awhile (at least I couldn't find 'em), and I am so glad to see them again, I am ordering two, new sets. The raised edge alone is worth the money. A raised edge on cutting boards is quite unusual, and it makes them so much more convenient to use because liquids and small, chopped veggies and fruits don't stray off all over the counter and leave a mess to clean up. The raised edge has spoiled me, and I now won't buy a cutting board without one. They also go through the dishwasher wonderfully, and you can easily bleach stains away should they appear (except for the aforementioned glue stains from craft use). I also really like the feel of how a knife cuts against the surface. The surface is not rock hard and has just a wee, tiny bit of "give" when you cut on it. I love these and won't use anything else in my kitchen. So glad to see them back on the market!
